Respond Mindfully Services

I am a Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Qualified MBSR Teacher, and are a member of the American Mindfulness Research Association.  In addition to offering mindfulness training and coaching, I offer consultation in a variety of topic areas, including early childhood and parenting development.  I offer services in Santa Cruz, Watsonville, Salinas, Monterey and Surrounding Cities and Communities, including South Monterey County and via online video chat.

I have been practicing mindfulness meditation for over 6 years. I have a master's degree in education with a focus in child and adolescent development, and have earned various business, mental health and other certificates.  I am also an active member of a local Toastmaster's Club, an international public speaking organization.
