Meditation practice supports me to show up from a place of humility, authenticity and care! I follow Vipassana and Insight traditions, as well as mindfulness-based evidence-based practices, to support my ability to be self-aware, which in turn allows me be able to stay present with more ease. When I am regulated and present, I am able to attune and be present with and for others, and I am able to come from a place of wisdom, inter-connection, love, compassion and care. This practice supports by ability to "see the big picture" while holding reverence for the present moment and appreciation of what wisdom we/I can glean from the past.
