.I am a Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Qualified MBSR Teacher, MB-EAT Teacher, and are a member of the American Mindfulness Research Association and Center for Mindful Eating. In addition to offering mindfulness training and coaching, I offer consulting support in a variety of topic areas, including early infant-family and early childhood mental health, child and parenting development.
I have been practicing mindfulness meditation for over 6 years. I have a master's degree in education with a focus in child and adolescent development, and have earned various business, mental health and other certificates. I have been an active member for over 6 years of a local Toastmaster's Club, an international public speaking organization. Most recently, I have served as Club President.
