Meeting Uncertainty with Mindfulness, Calm, and Wisdom

 We will cover the science of self-care, stress and mindfulness practice, and focus on helping you learn and practice mindfulness skills to promote stress reduction, groundedness, and self-compassion.  

You’ll have a community to practice with; a space to share, listen, and learn from others.You pay what you can.  We know these are difficult times, and anyone that wants to join, can.
